Studies comparing KBM to standard fish feed diets have demonstrated impressive results: not only is it a suitable and palatable fishmeal replacement, but Atlantic salmon, rainbow trout, shrimp, and other commercially important species experience important benefits like higher digestibility and reduced mortality rates when fed a diet containing KBM.
